TNA house show report

This crowd was very loud - I've attended a number of TNA PPV events and this crowd was in the top two nosiest crowds. Before the show, Don West was selling program books in the lobby and Jarrett was signing autographs at the merchandise table. Jeremy Borash came out and did his usual work-up of the crowd.

(1) X Division champion Doug Williams beat Amazing Red and Kazarian in a three-way match to retain the X Division Title. Doug Williams won with the Chaos Theory suplex on Kazarian.

(2) Rhino beat Dr. Stevie with the Gore.

(3) TNA Knockouts tag champions Beautiful People (Velvet Sky & Madison Rayne) beat Taylor Wilde & Sarita to retain the Knockouts tag titles. This was their first title defense since winning the belts on Impact. Beautiful People retained after Velvet Sky executed a roll-up in the corner with her feet in the ropes for leverage.

(4) Abyss beat TNA World Hvt. champion A.J. Styles via DQ; Styles retains the TNA World Title. Abyss won by DQ after A.J. slipped out to the table and picked up the title belt to blatantly hit Abyss with it for the DQ. Post-match continued with Abyss hitting the Black Hole Slam on A.J.

(5) TNA Global champion Rob Terry beat Brutus Magnus to retain the TNA Global title. Terry's skills are improving and he's showing signs of overall improvement.

(6) The Pope D'Angelo Dinero beat Desmond Wolfe. The Pope won with a roll up. Clean simple win.

(7) Jeff Jarrett & Kurt Angle beat Beer Money (James Storm & Robert Roode) in the main event. Beer Money was the brunt of several comic spots before and during the match.

Afterward, Angle stayed in the ring and did the $20 photo-op. Red, Rhino, Taylor & Sarita, and Kaz signed autographs in the crowd. Abyss signed autographs at the merchandise table after the event.
