Nick Hogan News: Police now say Nick was driving 100 MPH, Hulk bought beer, pictures of boat ride Nov 30, 2007 - 2:45:52 PM
After some conflicting indications, authorities now say Nick Bollea (Hogan) was driving 100 MPH at the time of his August car crash that left his good friend, John Graziano, comatose to this day.
Central Florida News 13 reports:
Authorities also said Bollea was racing a Dodge Vipir that was also travelling at around 100 mph. The speed limit in that area is 40 mph. Police also said that they have a store receipt from the same day that was signed by Hulk Hogan for beer and ice. The clerk who sold Hogan the beer said he was accompanied by his son and several friends. The report said Bollea and his friends spent the day of the accident on a boat drinking beer with Hogan. Alcohol was found in Nick Bollea's system after the crash.
The PerezHilton website features photos of the boat ride shortly before the car crash. Hulk, Nick, and John Graziano are among the passengers pictured on that fateful day. Check 'em out here (Scan down to see them, or jump to later pages if not there as they will be archived deeper in the photo spread over time.)
WK ANALYSIS: It is not helpful to Hulk Hogan's potential civil suit defense that there is now an indication - a strong one - that Hogan bought beer to supply to a minor (his son) which led to a car crash that permantly disabled his passenger.
