TMZ.com reports this afternoon that Nick Hogan, son of Hulk Hogan, is either going to enter a plea of no contest or guilty to felony charges of reckless driving involving serious bodily injury. There is no guarantee Nick won't receive jail time. The judge has leeway to sentence him up to the maximum of five years in prison.Fox News Story National Ledger story Tampa Tribune TMZ.com
