-Announcers Dusty Rhodes & Byron Saxton hype up this week's show revolving around tag team action. First, in a number one contenders match, the Rotundo Brothers (Bo & Duke) will take on Trent Beretta & Caylen Croft. The winners of that match will go on to challenge Justin Angel & Kris Logan for the FCW Tag Team Championships later in the evening.
1 – MR. TARVER vs. SWEET PAPI SANCHEZ
This is a re-match from the 7/26 episode. Sanchez beat Tarver clean in their first encounter, but Tarver knocked out Sanchez with one punch after the contest. Sanchez misses a splash in the corner allowing Tarver to capitalize with a barrage of punches to the body. Tarver grabs Sanchez's wrist and slams his hand into the ringpost. Tarver focuses on keeping Sanchez on his knees to attempt a submission on the injured arm. Sanchez lifts up Tarver during a submission attempt and drops him throat first across the top rope. Sanchez picks up momentum with a flurry of offense including a splash in the corner and a running mafia kick. Unlike their first meeting, Tarver was able to roll out of the way of a running body splash attempt. Tarver misses a big knockout punch and Sanchez counters with a spinning kick. Sanchez follows up with his running body splash finisher for the win.
WINNER: Sweet Papi Sanchez in 3:42. Nothing to write home about, but they built off their first match effectively.

2 – TRENT BERETTA & CAYLEN CROFT vs. ROTUNDO BROTHERS (Bo & Duke) - #1 Contenders Match
In a pre-taped promo, Beretta said he was winning this match for his mom. Beretta reassured Croft that yes, his mom was angry with them, but she would still be picking them up after the show. In their pre-taped promo, the Rotundo Brothers expressed their intent to bring the tag titles back to Florida. Beretta immediately runs out of the ring to get away from Duke. Croft tags in and meets a series of clotheslines by Duke. Croft executes a drop toe hold on a running Duke and sends him throat first across the middle rope. Croft distracts the referee so Beretta can hit Duke with a running knee on the apron. Beretta works over Duke's head and neck area. Duke surprises Beretta with a powerbomb and makes the tag to his brother Bo. Bo connects with a clothesline in the corner and then a bulldog for a nearfall. The heel team quickly regains control and works over Bo. Out of nowhere, Bo kicks Beretta into the ropes and then rolls him up in a small package for the victory.
WINNERS: Rotundo Brothers in 3:50. Both teams looked good. The Rotundo Brothers seem to be clicking as a team.

3 – FRED ROSSER vs. HEATH SLATER
The last time we saw Slater he betrayed his tag team partner Brett DiBiase and turned heel. Slater is still sporting a cast on his left arm. From the onset, Rosser targets Slater's injured arm. Rosser with a nearfall after a sunset flip. Slater takes control with a running knee to the side of the head and then a knee drop for a nearfall. Rosser surprises Slater with a back elbow. Slater grabs Rosser's tights and pulls him throat first across the second rope. Rosser makes a comeback and hits a running powerslam for a nearfall. Rosser slingshots himself into the ring from the apron, but Slater brushes him aside and sends him down to the mat. Slater quickly hits Sweetness (Dolph Ziggler's finisher) for the win.
WINNER: Heath Slater in 5:08. Just a match building up Slater's new heel persona. I was expecting this to be a squash, so I was surprised to see it go five minutes.
-After the match Angela interviewed Heath Slater at ringside. Angela tried to ask him about his sudden change in character, but Slater cut her off. Slater said for months he was hearing people ask about Joe Hennig and when he was returning. Slater said he was the FCW Heavyweight Champion before Brett (DiBiase) and Joe (Hennig) ever got here. He's sick and tired of the second and third generation superstars getting spoon-fed. Slater declared himself the first generation sensation. Brett DiBiase ran out from the back and jumped Slater. Vance Archer quickly ran out and attacked DiBiase. Archer & Slater prepared to hit DiBiase with the steel steps, but Joe Hennig made the save. Nicely done angle that seems to advance DiBiase out of his feud with Dylan Klein.

-A replay was shown of the previous segment.
-FCW General Manager Abraham Washington accompanied by Rosa Mendes, Fletcher Chase, and Troy Jackman came out to the ring. Washington claimed that FCW was on fire and ratings were through the roof. Washington brought out FCW Heavyweight Champion Tyler Reks. Washington stated that Reks was a fighting champion and he's been holding onto the title tighter than Sweet Papi Sanchez holds onto a turkey leg. Washington informed Reks that next week he would be defending his title in a very special match. Reks interrupted and wondered what other sort of obstacles Washington could throw in his way. Reks asked if he'd have to wrestle handcuffed or wrestle a pack of lions. Washington said he actually had some handcuffs backstage and winked at Rosa. Reks said he overcomes all of the obstacles thrown at him by Washington because he has the support of the FCW Universe (yes, they use that term frequently). Washington told Reks that next week he would be defending the title in the "Match of his Life." Washington laughed and left the ring with his entourage. Washington walked over to the entrance area and changed his mind. Washington informed Reks that next week he would be defending the title in a Fatal Four Way match. All of the opponents will consist of members of Washington's cabinet.

4 – JUSTIN ANGEL & KRIS LOGAN vs. ROTUNDO BROTHERS (Bo & Duke) – FCW Tag Team Championship
If given time, this has the potential to be a great match. Bo & Logan exchange some maneuvers and wrestle to a stalemate. Bo with a series of roll ups for nearfalls. Bo tags in Duke and the Rotundo Brothers execute a drop down/clothesline double team move on Logan. Dusty laughs as Duke uses his Gator Roll. Moments later, Logan manages to tag in Angel. Angel scores with a neckbreaker on Duke for a nearfall. The champions hit double back elbows on Duke. Duke catches Logan with a gut wrench suplex and tags out to Bo. Bo goes for his running clothesline and bulldog combination, but Logan shrugs off the bulldog attempt. Angel tags in and works over Bo with a wacky submission hold.
[Commercial Break]
Logan with a snap suplex on Bo for a nearfall. Saxton informs viewers that the champions have been working over Bo the entire commercial break. Logan powerbombs Angel on top of Bo in a cool double team maneuver for another nearfall. The champions tag in and out and work on grounding Bo for several minutes. Angel catches Bo coming off the ropes with a dropkick. Bo surprises Logan with a crossbody, but Logan fires right back with a leg lariat. Bo surprises Logan again with a small package for a nearfall. Angel tags back in and works over Bo with a front chancery. Bo hits Angel with a Northern Lights suplex and then rolls across the ring to make the hot tag to Duke. Duke splashes Angel in the corner and follows up with a one-handed slam for a nearfall. Angel misses a spin kick, but connects with an enziguri. Logan tags in and takes Duke down with a running dropkick in the corner. Logan flies off the top with his Black Magic Sault, but Duke gets his knees up. Angel tags back in and runs across the ring to attempt a jumping splash in the corner. Duke catches Angel in midair with a spear for a nearfall. Duke misses a senton attempt off the second rope. Angel climbs to the top rope, but Duke crotches him. Duke executes a superplex as Dusty compares Duke to his uncle – Barry Windham. Angel attempts to roll over on top of Duke, but Duke hooks both of his legs and obtains the victory.
WINNERS: Rotundo Brothers in 12:38 of what aired to capture the FCW Tag Team Championships. It's disappointing that Angel & Logan had such a short reign as champions, but this was an excellent tag team contest.
-Advertised for next week: Tyler Reks defends the FCW Heavyweight Championship in the "Match of his Life" which consists of a Fatal Four Way match against members of Abraham Washington's cabinet.
