In Brief: After more than four years in WWE, Alicia Fox is finally getting her first action figure.

- Action Figure Spotlight: Alicia Fox Mattel WWE Series 23
- Scheduled for release: October 2012
- What you can expect to pay: $9.99 retail; $39.99 pre-order.

After more than four years in WWE, Alicia Fox is finally getting her first action figure. At Comic Con 2012, Mattel revealed several new WWE toys, including the new Fox toy. Alicia's
first figure will be included in Mattel's 23rd series of basic WWE figures.

The toy is very detailed, with a black top and skirt and black boots, as well as the fox's head hoodie she wears into the ring. She has bright red hair and a face that looks somewhat like Rihanna.

According to ringsidecollectibles.com, series 23 is scheduled for a late-October release. Fox's figure will likely be the most popular and valuable in the set upon its release. Ringside Collectibles is asking $39.99 to pre-order the figure, which will cost around $9.99 if you're able to find one in a retail store.

Collectors have vented their frustration with Mattel's scattershot distribution. Many collectors have noted that their local stores will get in several cases of one series, and then they'll never see three or four other series. If you're wanting the Fox figure, you may have to spend the high pre-order price or hope they cool off once they hit the secondary market.

Collectibles News

Mattel is releasing some pretty cool new figures this fall. Among the highlights unveiled at Comic Con:

- Basic Series 23 Kane, the first figure showcasing him in his new red mask.

- Elite Series 17 Zack Ryder, with Broski Internet tTtle belt.

- Elite Series 17 Mankind, Mattel's first figure of Mick Foley. This figure comes with a removable mask and Mr. Socco accessory.

- Elite Series 17 Kelly Kelly, with removable jacket and detailed Divas title belt.

- Elite Series 18 Brodus Clay, the first figure of Clay in his Funkasaurus persona.

- Elite Series 18 Jerry Lawler, Mattel's first figure of "the King" with crown and cape.

- Elite Series 18 American Badass Undertaker.

- Basic Series 24 A.J., the first toy of WWE's break-out star. This may be the hottest wrestling toy in years.

There are also plenty of new figures of C.M. Punk, John Cena, Zack Ryder, Wade Barrett, Sheamus, and others. Ringsidecollectibles.com has scans available of most of these figures.
