QUESTION OF THE WEEK: Who should be the centerpiece of TNA as its champion? Nov 5, 2007 - 8:32:56 AM
We're bringing back and oldie, but a goodie feature every Monday morning to get your reaction to our question of the week. With TNA's revolving door at the heavyweight champion spot, we want to know who you think should be the long-term champion for the company to create stability at the center of TNA's storylines and TV programming.
Kurt Angle is the current champion focused on everything but the title, Sting is the former champion who says it's not about titles, Kevin Nash is a crippled old man according to the storyline, and there's a mystery man that's not Scott Hall and could be Booker T.
There are also men not involved in the TNA title picture right now, such as Samoa Joe, Christian Cage, Abyss, Rhino (where'd he go?), and Robert Roode. Or, there's always Jeff Jarrett looming behind the scenes.
Give us 10-15 lines with your pick for who should be the centerpiece of TNA going forward as the long-term champion. It could be based on future opponents, PPV drawing ability, fresh match-ups, overall character strength on TV, political favoritism, etc.
Click on the "Contact Us" link at the top of the Main Listing and send your feedback to James Caldwell. We'll post reader response throughout the week and tally up the votes at the end of the week.
Send feedback on this article to pwtorch@gmail.com and we'll regularly publish reader feedback in the "Torch Feedback" category on the Main Listing.
