Tonight's edition of ROH TV on HDNet will feature the first steel cage match on ROH TV with Claudio Castagnoli vs. Brent Albright. WWE Raw - 9:00 p.m. EST

WWE champion John Cena will be running the gauntlet on tonight's Raw leading to the Hell in a Cell PPV on October 4. Like any good piece of booking, the deck is stacked against the champ when he's scheduled to face Chris Jericho, Big Show, and #1 contender Randy Orton. Former WWE CEO Linda McMahon is planning to spend about $30 million on her campaign for Senator in Connecticut, according to the Hartford Courant newspaper. Read the complete Torch Report on where McMahon is spending.

Mainstream newspapers taking their shots at wrestling

Mainstream newspapers continue to take their shots at pro wrestling related to Reverend Al Sharpton appearing on Raw tomorrow night and Linda McMahon running for Senator in the state of Connecticut.

A writer for the Herald-Sun in Durham, N.C. (city where Duke University is located) suggested Rev. Sharpton is "lowering himself" to appear on Raw. In Connecticut, the Norwich Bulletin has a story on the five candidates running for the Republican nomination in the 2010 Senate race.
