The following are the questions asked of Lanny Poffo in the ninth installment of the remarkable and fascinating five-and-a-half hour career-spanning Torch Talk interview. Wade Keller: How did you end up getting linked up with Mike Enos and Wayne Bloom.

Keller: You didn't wrestle them, but you got to see it up close.

Keller: Did you have a chemistry with them off air, or was it you went out, did your thing, and then return to the back and go your separate ways.

Keller: Wayne had a similar reputation in certain ways to Rick Rude in terms of being a tough guy and not being somebody you'd want to cross. I always wondered if he was all that happy with the Beverly Brother gimmick and how he was being portrayed.

Keller: Did it ever rub you the wrong way that a babyface tag team, the Bushwackers, would encourage fans to chant "faggot" at you and the Beverly Brothers with kids in the crowd?

Keller: If two wrestlers come out and are cheered, and you're an adolescent, and everybody is chanting the word "faggot" and you find out what that means, and you turn out to be gay, I would think that would be a scarring experience to be in a building full of 10 or 15 thousand people cheering for a team that would use that term. Same thing as if somebody was using the "N" word as a babyface tag team against a black heel tag team. It just seems wholly inappropriate.

Keller: I don't think because it's good for business, that justifies it as being immune from criticism. I think sometimes people go, "It's all about the money, it's all about the crowd pop. I think that there are other things a business should be held accountable for when they're trying to get advertisers and trying to be on a legitimate television network.

Keller: Vince's philosophy when it comes to swearing and how raunchy the content goes depends on what's drawing and what cycle he believes the business is in. It went from Wholesome Family Entertainment to the WWE Attitude Era, and now we're back to trying to keep the shows PG again more recently. It really does depend on wait Vince thinks is going to work.

Keller: Were you ever close to Elizabeth? Did you end up being friends with her?

Keller: How did you learn about her death?

Keller: Do you know how Randy heard of it? Did you break the news to him?

Keller: Had you or anyone in the family stayed in touch with Elizabeth after she and Randy broke up, or did you guys all go your separate ways?

Keller: When you bumped into her and shared a few words, was it awkward or was it just a pleasant exchange?

Keller: Did it surprise you that Randy was willing to work with her, or was it kind of on-air and behind-the-scenes closure for everybody?

Keller: Do you know how he got the part?

Keller: I think he was perfect for that role and I think vocally he's perfect for animation voiceovers. He's got probably one of the 20 most distinctive voices for the generation where he was in the spotlight.

Keller: Randy's really changed his look now. Did it surprise you when you saw him looking the way he does, or did it kind of happen gradually so it wasn't a big changeover?

Keller: What lessons do you think would be good for you to pass along to younger wrestlers so that they end up more like you and Randy rather than some of the wrestlers you're talking about who are living hand to mouth even after many years of the physical toll it takes on their bodies really hampering their life in latter years? What can they learn from how you conducted yourself and how Randy conducted himself if you were to advice to younger wrestlers?

Keller: From a business perspective, you say it's not what you make, it's what you save. It is tough for a young wrestler who makes good money for the first time in his career to have the discipline to not try to keep up with the spending of his colleagues. What made it possible for you to avoid that temptation and think about it in terms of where you want to be in 25 years as opposed to who do I want to impress who I'll never meet again in ten minutes.

Keller: Yes, how do they resist the temptations of keeping up with their colleagues when they're young and excited to have money for the first time - or not so young and happy to have money?
