WWE News: Pyrotechnics strikes fan in upper deck at the end of WrestleMania, "distressing" says eyewitness Mar 31, 2008 - 12:37:29 AM
We don't have a lot of details yet, but PWTorch.com reader Roy De Giorgia of Sydney, Australia attended WrestleMania in person and notes that a fan was hit by pyrotechnics at the end of the show. He said it was "distressing." EMTs were called to the scene.
Other live observations from De Giorgio:
-The pyrotechnic were simply amazing!
-Taker's leap from the squared circle to Edge below was a sight to behold live!
-One hiccup was the power outage during the Playboy Bunnymania Lumberjack match which left the divas wrestling in the dark.
-Also, all of the stage and audience monitors losing power during the Triple Threat Match left everyone booing.
-Best Match: Ric Flair vs. HBK. Monumental describes it - 74,000 people of their feet ohhing and ahhing.
-Worst Match: Batista versus Umaga. Absolutely no chemistry at all, and in the end everyone was cheering for Umaga.
