WWE News: Eighteen people have now been moved as part of the ongoing draft Jun 25, 2008 - 12:05:56 PM
A total of 18 people have been moved as part of this year's WWE Draft roster reshuffling - 11 on Monday, two earlier today, and now five more. The latest five are:
-Trevor Murdoch to Smackdown
-Big Daddy V to Smackdown
-Deuce to Raw
-D.H. Smith to Smackdown
-Hornswoggle to ECW
Keller Analysis: It's potentially great news for Trevor Murdoch that he's been moved to Smackdown, away from Lance Cade and a feud with his former tag partner that wasn't going to serve his future well since WWE is clearly intent on pushing Cade as a co-hort of Chris Jericho. Murdoch has a lot of potential to be a breakout star in the second tier - and maybe more - if given a chance as he's shown signs of charisma, personality, and credible in-ring wrestling abilities. Big Daddy V to Smackdown doesn't mean much on the surface since he's been away. Deuce to Raw is also good as it moves him away from his partner and gives him a chance to explore his singles potential. D.H. Smith is Smackdown isn't significant as he hasn't been used much as it is and didn't show much potential when he was used. Hornswoggle to ECW is intriguing in the sense that it in theory splits him from Finlay, but given how soft the lines are drawn between ECW and Smackdown and the brands in general, who knows if it means anything.
