WWE News: Jeff Hardy removed from airport by uniformed officials, details pending (w/Keller Analysis) Sep 18, 2008 - 12:18:58 PM
Jeff Hardy, scheduled to headline WWE No Mercy against Triple H next month, was escorted from the Nashville Airport early this morning.
Details aren't known, but in a story PWInsider.com first reported, he was ejected from a flight while traveling with brother Matt Hardy and longtime friend Gregory Helms.
The UK Sun this morning headlined a story: "Jeff Hardy removed from flight." It included a quote from WWE official stating: “We are currently investigating the situation and will take appropriate actions if needed.”
Keller's Analysis: Before more details are known, it's unfair to be too specific in judging the situation. Given Jeff's ongoing storyline on air of having two strikes on his record, needless to say this could be the third strike if he was in some way in violation of airport security.
