Week 5 of Triple H's in-character interview series with Michael Cole continued Hunter's pattern of laughing off "tough questions" from a disarmed Cole, justifying his heelish actions, and attempting to shift scrutiny away from his regime.

Notably, Hunter played up a story that he left Raw for a meeting in New York City 15 minutes before Big Show threatened to knock him out. This allowed Hunter to claim that Show knew Hunter was not in the building, making it seem like Show was the coward for calling out someone not in the building.

Asked how he booked Show in a handicap match for Smackdown at the end of Raw, Hunter talked down to Cole about the technology available on his private jet to book the match while in the air.

Hunter also tried to speak as the "voice of the fan" being tired of watching Big Show cry on television each week. The goal is to continue getting heat on Hunter since his regime is making life miserable for Show, then he's blaming Show for coming to TV crying about his personal issues.

But, because Hunter "is a nice guy," he said he booked Show in the handicap match on Smackdown to get a nice payoff and earn some money appearing in the TV main event on Friday to help his financial situation.

The camera then zoomed in close on Hunter for his closing line: "If it's best for business, it's best for Big Show."
