- Question from Liam McCausland of Scarborough, England (way back in May): With Prince Devitt having reportedly signed with WWE, how far do you think he can go? He's clearly got the talent to go far, but being an indy superstar isn't any guarantee with WWE. For what it's worth, I think he can go as far as he wants, and it's about time.

- "Mr. PPV" Nathan Kyght responds: Devitt clearly has the talent, and he can go in the ring, as it's no easy feat getting up the card in New Japan Pro Wrestling. He's at the mercy of the character he's given by WWE, and the way it is presented, though. If he's brought in with much the same presentation, then he can easily go the way of a Bryan/Rollins/Ambrose/Punk, etc., but that will be completely dependent on what happens next. He may get saddled with a one-dimensional gimmick that would seem preposterous feuding for a World Title (Fandango, Adam Rose, Damien Sandow). We're going to have to wait and see on this one.

- "Common Fan" Jimmy Eaton (@TheCommonFan) responds: Thanks for the question, Liam. Prince Devitt certainly has a ton of talent but unfortunately you're right, it's not always a guarantee in WWE. I think while a lot of it will fall on him to get something going, the rest will come down to Creative and what they have for him. Then, it will ultimately be what Vince and Triple H see in him. Honestly, it's hard to image him in more than a Kofi Kingston role at the moment but like with anyone who is striving for a dream, I hope I'm wrong.

- Guest Reply from PWTorch assistant editor James Caldwell: I think Devitt can go really far. But, as with all things in the wrestling business, it's about timing. If Devitt hits the main roster at the right time with the right opponent(s) and right introduction, he could be a big under-sized star boosting the roster for years to come. Devitt developed into a big star in New Japan and has the "TV look" that WWE likes. I agree he can go as far as he wants. He just needs the right timing, political backing, and introduction to complete the package. With Daniel Bryan leading the way "re-defining" what a top-line WWE star looks like, there is an opening Devitt to reach a level previously unreachable.
