Wake the pets and call the neighbors. It's time for our semi-monthly ROH internet pay-per-view preview column!

DISCLAIMER: Projections are made by myself and for myself with absolutely no assistance from James E. Cornette, Gary Juster or The Man With The Lizard Face. No one knows the contents of these projections, but I, in my divine and mystical way, will ascertain the finishes to these matches while being several months behind on my Ring of Honor DVD's. Some of our departing contestants will receive a supply of Anbesol Cold Sore Therapy. The only one with Vitamin E and aloe. Anbesol Cold sore Therapy: Put it on, the pain is gone. Remember, this is only an exhibition. This is not a competition. Please, please, no wagering. This lineup is based on the best available information as of this writing.

The big news going into today's show is...Oh, just watch the ROH Video Wire. It's less typing for me. Plus, you can watch Kyle O'Reilly try to say "disoriented."

And without further ado, let's roll right into this month's Wrestling History Lesson. Before Ring of Honor the "number three promotion" in North America was the Philadelphia-based Extreme Championship Wrestling. The original ECW ran from 1993 through 2001. Among the many wrestlers who passed through ECW were Steve Austin, Mick Foley and the late Eddie Guerrero. A young Gabe Sapolsky worked for the company, as did ROH founder Rob Feinstein and legendary manager Jim Cornette.

Back in the original ECW, the monthly cards at the ECW Arena in Philadelphia meant everything to the insider fans. And back on February 22, 1997, in Philadephia, the main event of "CyberSlam '97" featured Sabu taking on the late Chris Candido. Joey Styles has the call.

And, as your free gift for viewing this column, let's take you back to December 19, 2010, so you can watch Davey Richards & Eddie Edwards team up as the American Wolves on a 2CW show in Syracuse, New York. Their opponents are the Motor City Machine Guns.

On with the projections for tonight's show!

I have no idea what the dark match will be for this show, but I hope Matt Taven is involved.

Homicide vs. Mike Bennett (w/ Brutal Bob & Maria Kanellis): It's always fun to see the former champ back in Ring of Honor, even though he's no longer a featured player. Projection? Evans with the distraction, Bennett with the victory as we prepare for Storm vs. Bennett on March 30th.

All Night Xpress vs. Wrestling's Greatest Tag Team: It's good to see Rhett Titus back from his knee injury. that also provides a ready made excuse for what's about to happen. Projection? Haas catches Rhett in the Haas of Pain and forces Rhettski the Jettski to top out. Haas and Benjamin are going to Fort Lauderdale!

Amazing Red & T.J. Perkins vs. The House of Truth (w/ stringy-haired Truth Martini): Red and the former Puma are an interesting pairing, but nobody should be beating Strong or Elgin between now at Fort Lauderdale. Projection? Strong killifies Amazing Red with a half nelson backbreaker, and the HoT grabs the win.

Jimmy Jacobs vs. Kevin Steen (No Disqualification): Mr. Wrestling is on the road to a ROH World Title shot. Jimmy Jacobs...is not on the road to a ROH World Title Shot. Plus, this match is no disqualification, and you know what that means. Projection? Blood is spilled. Steen defeats Jacobs with a package piledriver. Cornette tries to fire Steen for using the banned piledriver. Steen explains what "no disqualification" means.

Jay Lethal vs. Tomasso Ciampa w/ The Embassy (ROH Television Title): With Prince Nana, Mia Yim and Barrister Evans, the odds are somewhat stacked against the champ. Shouldn't matter. Projection? Nana and Ciampa collide on the apron, and Lethal hits the dragon suplex to keep the television title.

The Briscoe Brothers vs. The Young Bucks (ROH Tag Team Titles): Dem Boys get to face the F'n Rockstars of ROH in what should be a fun match. Projection? The Briscoes counter the More Bang For Your Bucks, and hit the Doomsday Device on Mark Jackson to keep the titles.

Davey Richards & Kyle O'Reilly vs. Eddie Edwards & Adam Cole: Kyle O'Reilly and Adam Cole and good wrestlers, but this match will have to be a star-making performance to justify all the time spent pushing the former Future Shock members. Projection? After a lengthy struggle, O'Reilly puts Cole in the anklelock for the submission victory. Then, O'Reilly refuses to break the hold on Cole and chaos ensues.

Aftermath: The next internet pay-per-view is the two-part "Showdown In The Sun" on March 30th and 31st. March 30th features Lance Storm returning to take on Mike Bennett, and Davey Richards vs. Roderick Strong vs. Eddie Edwards. March 31st features the big rematch with Jay & Mark Briscoe against Shelton Benjamin & Charlie Haas.
