– Michigan Wolverines head coach Jim Harbaugh drew headlines in the sports world vouching for Michigan Stadium to host a future WrestleMania.

During Harbaugh’s weekly radio appearance on 97.1 in Detroit, the topic of WWE came up as it relates to rumors of Detroit being in the running to host another Mania.

Harbaugh said WWE could break attendance records at the Big House, which is the largest college football stadium in the country. Harbaugh noted that WWE is trying to set records at AT&T Stadium in Texas this April, but he thinks Michigan could break whatever records are set.

“Why not? 140,000 — I bet we could get in there for Wrestlemania. They’re trying to break the attendance record at Jerry Jones’s stadium in Dallas. (There’s) a great Canadian presence in wrestling. Why not Michigan and the Big House?” Harbaugh said.

Harbaugh has a connection to WWE through Ric Flair, who he said he would book against Hulk Hogan. Harbaugh said he would be the “corner man” for the match.

– WWE top star John Cena made the Top 5 of the “Celebs Gone Good” list for 2015. Cena followed Taylor Swift, Miley Cyrus, Beyonce, and Angelina Jolie. Cena was recognized for his work with Make-a-Wish. (Full List)

– WWE sold out a second NXT show scheduled for Chicago in January, according to Triple H.
