– A new wrestling movie titled “Nine Legends” has been released for digital download at $5. The movie includes interviews with Bill Goldberg, Bret Hart, Mike Tyson, Chris Jericho, Dynamite Kid, Amy Dumas, Rob Van Dam, Ted DiBiase, and Randy Couture. The movie is set in 2050 where a young wrestling fan encounters the interviews with the wrestling legends.

– The MLW podcast announced that rapper Wale will present the second annual “WaleMania” event on Thursday, March 31 during WrestleMania Weekend in Dallas. The event will take place at Winston’s Supperclub in Dallas. Guests will be announced over time. Tickets go on-sale this Monday (February 1). (Event Details at MLW.com)

– Former WWE announcer Jim Ross updated the progress of his autobiography.

– TNA star Kurt Angle said his episode of “Duck Dynasty” will air February 10 on A&E.

WWE is one of the companies to join T-Mobile’s new “Binge On” video streaming service. Binge On allows customers to stream video content from content providers, which now includes WWE Network, without counting against data-usage plans. (Details at Multichannel News)

– There might be a few decades between Ric Flair and high school football players looking to join the college ranks. But, Flair will be an integral part of the Michigan Wolverines’s National Signing Day next Wednesday. Flair will be a personal guest of Michigan head coach Jim Harbaugh. The announcement drew local news attention in Michigan and national coverage from Fox Sports.

Fox Sports also covered the UFC video game creators announcing that C.M. Punk will likely have the lowest ranking in the new video game due out in March since he has not had a professional fight yet.

“I’m pretty sure C.M. Punk, when the game locks in, is going to have the lowest overall rating in the game,” said UFC2 creative director Brian Hayes this week. “But when he does have his first fight, if he just lights it up and looks like a prodigy, we’ll have to go into the servers [and bump him up].”
