(1) Asuka beat Alexa Bliss in the opener. Really nice match, as both women had a lot of energy and charisma.

(2) Blake & Murphy beat Johnny Gargano & Tommaso Ciampa. Great tag match and Gargano was over with the crowd.

(3) Nia Jax beat Billie Kay in a semi-squash match. Not bad, but the crowd died down a bit.

(4) Sami Zayn beat Baron Corbin. Excellent match. Corbin is much improved and the crowd ate it up. Zayn offered a post-match handshake and was denied.

[Intermission. Blast of a show so far.]

(5) American Alpha (Jason Jordan & Chad Gable) beat NXT tag champions Dash & Dawson via DQ; Dash & Dawson retained the NXT Tag Titles. Great tag match. The crowd was hot after intermission.

(6) NXT Women’s champion Bayley beat Emma to retain the NXT Women’s Title. Fun match. Bayley was insanely over with all ages.

(7) NXT champion Finn Balor beat Samoa Joe to retain the NXT Title. The crowd was hot, but borderline obnoxious.

Balor cut a promo on the mic after the match. He praised the NXT brand, jokingly said he “spent a few weeks in Japan,” and said he is most proud of NXT.

Some wrestlers signed after the show, including Bayley, Jason Jordan, and Billie Kay.
