5/5 WWE Smackdown TV Ratings – rebound from last week, but Bottom 3 rank

This week’s WWE Smackdown got back some of last week’s TV viewers, but still ranked in the Bottom 3 this year.

WWE Smackdown TV Ratings Tracking

May 5: Thursday’s Smackdown scored a 1.65 TV rating on USA Network, rebounding from a basement-level 1.54 rating last week.

It was the #3 lowest-rated show this year. For perspective, the pre-WrestleMania clip-show on March 31 scored a 1.66 rating.

– Smackdown showed more improvement in TV viewership.

Smackdown drew 2.346 million viewers, up 11 percent from last week.

The episode was down about 100,000 viewers from the 2016 average of 2.441 million viewers.

– DEMOGRAPHICS: Smackdown regained one-tenth of a rating in males 18-49 from last week.

Smackdown showed smaller rebounds in males 18-34 and adults 18-49, still well below yearly averages.
