5/23 RAW NOTES: The post-Extreme Rules Raw was not much different than the pre-Extreme Rules episode. The first hour total viewership was nearly identical, the second hour total viewership was slightly up, and average DVR viewers over all three hours was nearly identical. The key difference is the third hour of the May 16 Raw fell off the table, while the third hour of post-Extreme Rules Raw held up okay.
