U.K. promotion Preston City Wrestling announced Monday an HD Internet PPV broadcast of their next big event.
PCW’s “Tribute to the Troops” takes place on Saturday, June 25 from Guild Hall in Preston.
The event is being marketed as Europe’s “first pro wrestling HD Internet PPV” broadcast. PCW is partnering with 247.TV to deliver an HD feed of the event, priced at about $5.
Top stars scheduled to wrestle are Rob Van Dam, Billy Gunn, Drew Galloway, and Ken Anderson. Plus, top U.K. wrestlers.
The full event card includes:
- PCW Championship: Sha Samuels vs. Drew Galloway
- Iestyn Rees Alpha Lock Challenge: The U.K. Hooligans vs. Ken Anderson & Billy Gunn
- Joey Hayes vs. “The Local Hero” Joe Hendry
- PCW Tag Team Championship: The London Riots vs. Team Single
- Dave Mastiff vs. Martin Kirby vs. Charlie Garrett vs. Sammy Smooth
