The betting favorites are Kevin Owens and Roman Reigns, who is currently suspended for violating WWE’s Wellness Policy.
The next group of potential opponents are Seth Rollins, Bray Wyatt, Dean Ambrose, and Randy Orton.
UPDATE 7/7: And the winner is Randy Orton facing Lesnar at Summerslam on August 21.
After that, there are long-shots ranging from A.J. Styles to John Cena to The Undertaker to Triple H all the way to UFC fighter Conor McGregor. Plus NXT roster members Samoa Joe, Finn Balor, and Shinsuke Nakamura.
The official announcement will be made this week on Smackdown prior to Lesnar’s UFC return fight on Saturday.
