WWE Raw TV Preview 8/29

WWE returns to Houston for a big Raw TV episode. Included is the second-ever WWE Universal champion after Finn Balor was forced to relinquish the title last week on Raw.

The new champion will be Roman Reigns, Seth Rollins, Kevin Owens, or Big Cass competing in a fatal four-way match for the vacant title.

The last time a new top champion was determined in Houston was the 2013 TLC PPV when John Cena and Randy Orton unified the WWE Title and World Hvt. Title.

For Rollins, this time one year ago, he defended the WWE World Hvt. Title against Sting at the Night of Champions PPV in Houston, which turned out to be Sting’s last match.

Raw will also feature Match #2 of a Best-of-Seven series match Sheamus (1-0) and Cesaro.

Also advertised for Raw are Chris Jericho, U.S. champion Rusev, Enzo Amore & Big Cass, Women’s champion Charlotte, and Bayley.
