In this 60 minute Audio Talk with Jack Evans, conducted by Wade Keller on Saturday, January 8, the first part of the interview is focused on his background - how he got into wrestling, what his athletic experience was before beginning in wrestling, and the path he has taken to where he is already now widely recognized as one of the most spectacular high flyer to ever come along in this industry. He discusses the Mat Rats project in Calgary that Eric Bischoff was part of, a funny story on Teddy Hart (there's no shortage of those available), how he comes up with new moves, who he has been inspired by as a wrestler, and his ROH matches. In the second part of the interview, he talks in-depth about the usage of cruiserweights in the United States and why he thinks they are underutilized based on real-life and real-person examples of how it has shown potential in the past. He talks about the danger involved with what he does, how his friends and family respond, how determined he is to get to WWE, his view on tag team wrestling, and a breakdown of his fascinating clash of styles match with "American Dragon" Bryan Danielson..

Jimmy Rave discusses his wrestling career in this 45 minute "Audio Talk" conducted on Aug. 27, 2004. Rave began wrestling at age 15 and has been on his own since that age. He explains what attracted him to becoming a pro wrestler. He explains how he got started at such a young age (while a junior in high school), how he ended working national PPVs for TNA at age 19, how he got started with ROH, his reaction to being booted out of the company earlier this year and now brought back as a heel, his opinion on the state of the indy scene, his long-term aspirations, his thoughts on pressure to be more muscular and take steroids, specifically how it's different for any wrestler to work as a heel compared to a babyface, someone he sees as a future star on the indy scene, how TNA and ROH crowds are different, and more. It's a fascinating look at one wrestler's path into the wrestling industry that is much different yet more typical than getting picked to be on Tough Enough..

ED FERRARA

Length: 67 min.

This all-new VIP exclusive "Audio Talk with Ed Ferrara" (former WWF, WCW, and TNA TV scriptwriter) conducted by Torch editor Wade Keller is presented as a supplement to the four-plus-hours "Ultimate Insiders DVD" which features Keller interviewing both Ferrara and Vince Russo. In this 67 minute "Audio Talk," Ferrara touches on some of the subjects we didn't get to during the DVD interview, including his mocking of Jim Ross on television as the Oklahoma character. Whose idea was it? Why did he agree to do it? Does he regret it? Was it done maliciously? Plus, how was his relationship with Jim Ross behind the scenes, and in general what was Ross like behind the scenes... In-depth discussion on Undertaker. While on the DVD we talked in detail about Steve Austin, The Rock, Shawn Michaels, Bret Hart, Vince McMahon, Owen Hart, and others, we did not talk about Taker. In this Audio Talk, Ferrara reveals what Taker was like to work with behind the scenes... Also in our WWE segment, discussions on Edge, The Hardy Boys, Christian, Val Venis, and Mick Foley... Then we move on to WCW and discuss Bill Goldberg, Dallas Page, Sting, Roddy Piper, Kurt Angle, Kevin Nash, Scott Hall, and Tank Abbott... Then Ferrara gives his thoughts on the finished DVD product...

SEAN WALTMAN

Date: November 21, 2005
Length: 90 min.

The first installment of a 90 minute Torch Talk with Sean "X-Pac" Waltman focuses on two subjects: memories of Eddie Guerrero and WWE's new drug testing policy in response to Guerrero's death. Waltman has been down many of the same roads as Guerrero. He also was around during the last time WWE drug tested wrestlers and talks about the pros and cons of testing and how he tried to beat it once.

In part two, Waltman talks about drugs in pro wrestling, how much testing will change the industry, and a big decision he made to break the code of honor to save a friend's life.

In the third and final segment, Waltman says whether he believes mandatory time off for WWE wrestlers would help alleviate some of the problems that lead to family problems, drug abuse, and often death. He also talks about his latest battle with drug addiction. This entire interview is also available in audio format exclusively for Torch subscribers at PWTorch.com/members in the VIP Audio Updates section.
