SPOTLIGHTED PODCAST ALERT (YOUR ARTICLE BEGINS A FEW INCHES DOWN)...

-The illness that sidelined Bray Wyatt and Roman Reigns is now believed to be the mumps. Initially there were fears it was viral meningitis, and wrestlers were tested for that, but symptoms and test results have diagnosed the condition as the mumps, according to various sources at this point. That is good news, as it could mean Reigns and Bray will be able to return soon, depending on the recovery time after dealing with this illness. Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer reports that wrestlers received shots on Thursday to prevent further spread of the infection, although wrestlers and others in WWE could have been exposed to the bumps before the shots but symptoms haven’t manifested yet. Mumps symptoms, after exposure, can take over two weeks to show up, so a close eye will be kept on wrestlers and more testing will take place this and next week.

In every sense of the word, he is a Hall of Fame human being that will never—and I mean never—be duplicated.”
