Omega and The Good Brothers left to go to the hotel. Callis stayed in the room and addressed the camera.\u00a0 He said he was planning what\u2019s next and that he and Omega would be on hiatus from Impact for awhile.\u00a0 He said they are leaving to take care of business in Jacksonville, but that they will be back.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">-The opening video for Impact played.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>(1) ERIC YOUNG (w\/Joe Doering &amp; Deaner) vs. RHINO (w\/Cousin Jake)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">Rhino got the early advantage.\u00a0 Eric kicked Rhino low behind the referee\u2019s back to gain the advantage.\u00a0 Eric missed an elbow off the ropes, leading to a Rhino comeback.\u00a0 Deaner got in the ring to cause a distraction.\u00a0 Doering tripped Rhino and ran his leg into the post.\u00a0 Eric put Rhino in a leg lock for the submission.\u00a0 Eric kept the hold on after the bell.\u00a0 Eric put Rhino\u2019s leg in a chair and Doering stomped on it.\u00a0 Deaner held Jake back.\u00a0 Young\u2019s team walked up the ramp triumphantly.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">WINNER: Eric Young in 4:00.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\"><em>D.L.\u2019s Analysis:\u00a0 This just wasn\u2019t long enough to really get going.\u00a0 The match served as an angle to advance the feud between these two factions.<\/em><\/p><div id=\"pwtor-2305279786\" class=\"pwtor-content pwtor-entity-placement\"><div align=\"center\" data-freestar-ad=\"__336x280 __336x280\" id=\"pwtorchcom_test_300x250\">\r\n  <script data-cfasync=\"false\" type=\"text\/javascript\">\r\n    freestar.config.enabled_slots.push({ placementName: \"pwtorchcom_test_300x250\", slotId: \"pwtorchcom_test_300x250\" });\r\n  <\/script>\r\n<\/div><\/div>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">-D-Lo and Striker appeared on camera for the first time and discussed the Hard to Kill PPV.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">-A clip from after the main event from Saturday aired.\u00a0 Gia Miller was interviewed Rich Swann backstage when Moose walked up.\u00a0 Moose attacked Swann and threw him into a door.\u00a0 Moose kneeled over Swann and said he kept his promise of being Swann\u2019s greatest teammate, but now he was going to take his title.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">-Rich Swann said he would give Moose a chance to prove he was the real champion tonight. [c]<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">-Acey Romero and John E. Bravo approached Tommy Dreamer backstage.\u00a0 Acey presented the Ring Rust cologne that he found in the Knockouts locker room.\u00a0 Acey said there was only one person who had fingerprints on the cologne and on the gun.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">-Karl Anderson and Doc Gallows walked to the ring.\u00a0 They bragged about teaming with Kenny Omega to win their match on Saturday.\u00a0 Gallows vowed to keep the tag team belts as long as they wanted.\u00a0 They gave the \u201ctoo sweet\u201d hand gesture.\u00a0 Chris Sabin\u2019s music played and he walked to the stage.\u00a0 He said the tag belts belong to him and Alex Shelley and that they wanted a rematch.\u00a0 Gallows said Sabin didn\u2019t have a partner since Shelley was not there.\u00a0 Sabin said he did have a partner and \u201cCowboy\u201d James Storm walked to the stage.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">Sabin and Storm entered the ring.\u00a0 Storm ran down his accomplishments and said it was time for The Good Brothers to put up or shut up.\u00a0 He was interrupted by Matt Hardy and Private Party.\u00a0 They walked down the stage.\u00a0 Matt said Private Party had the chance to be the second greatest tag team ever (behind the Hardy Brothers).\u00a0 He talked about their upcoming six-man match on Dynamite tomorrow, but said they needed a warm-up match tonight.\u00a0 Storm said it was a private conversation, not a private party.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">Hardy bragged about saving Impact Wrestling from going bankrupt in 2016 and that they should thank him for having a job.\u00a0 Hardy said Private Party should get a title shot tonight and talked about the Hardys being stripped of the belts in a stupid teleportation angle.\u00a0 The Good Brothers agreed that if Private Party could beat Sabin and Storm, they could get an Impact tag team title shot.\u00a0 Hardy said that Private Party had to win by any means necessary.\u00a0 Striker raved about the \u201cMid-Week Wars\u201d before pitching to an interview.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\"><em>D.L.\u2019s Analysis: This is a good idea for a few reasons.\u00a0 It gives Impact star power, gives a boost to their tag division, and gives Private Party more experience with a different variety of opponents.<\/em><\/p><div id=\"pwtor-2112391653\" class=\"pwtor-content-1 pwtor-entity-placement\"><!-- Tag ID: pwtorchcom_test_300x600 -->\r\n<div align=\"center\" data-freestar-ad=\"__336x280 __300x600\" id=\"pwtorchcom_test_300x600\">\r\n  <script data-cfasync=\"false\" type=\"text\/javascript\">\r\n    freestar.config.enabled_slots.push({ placementName: \"pwtorchcom_test_300x600\", slotId: \"pwtorchcom_test_300x600\" });\r\n  <\/script>\r\n<\/div><\/div>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">-Gia Miller interviewed Matt Cardona.\u00a0 Cardona said he was in Impact to make the most of an opportunity.\u00a0 He said he was here to prove him and his fans right. [c]<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">-A video package of the Knockouts Tag Team Title tournament aired.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">-Backstage, Kiera Hogan and Tasha Steelz tried to talk Kaleb and Tenille Dashwood into going to \u201cFire N Flava Fest\u201d.\u00a0 Johnny Swinger approached Hogan and Steelz and they were grossed out by him.\u00a0 Fallah Bahh approached and talked about who had the money roll.\u00a0 Brian Myers stepped off an elevator and said he didn\u2019t want to go to some stupid party.\u00a0 Myers faced off with Bahh, who said he would see him in the ring.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>(2) KIMBER LEE &amp; SUSAN (w\/Deonna Purrazzo) vs. JORDYNNE GRACE &amp; JAZZ<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">Jazz got the early advantage over Susan (who wrestled in her suit and athletic shoes).\u00a0 Grace tagged in and threw Susan out of the ring.\u00a0 Lee pulled Grace off Susan and knocked her down. [c]<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">Back in the ring, Susan had the advantage over Grace.\u00a0 Grace tried to battle out of the corner but she got double teamed.\u00a0 Grace finally made the tag to Jazz.\u00a0 Jazz and Grace took over on Susan.\u00a0 Jazz DDT\u2019d Susan, put Lee broke up the pin attempt.\u00a0 Deonna hit Jazz in the head with the title belt and Susan pinned her for the win.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">WINNER: Kimber Lee &amp; Susan in 11:00.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">-Gia Miller interviewed Taya Valkyrie backstage.\u00a0 Gia asked what is next for Taya.\u00a0 Taya was interrupted by John E. Bravo.\u00a0 He said she sprayed Larry D. with the Ring Rust cologne to make him shoot Bravo.\u00a0 Dreamer and Acey approached and said they found her fingerprints on the gun and cologne.\u00a0 Taya laughed and admitted it was her.\u00a0 She did it because she didn\u2019t want Rosemary to marry him.\u00a0 She said her only regret was that he didn\u2019t die.\u00a0 She screamed as the police dragged her off.\u00a0 Dreamer speculated about if she was going to Jacksonville State Prison or Stamford Maximum Penitentiary for two years with an option for three, which is enough to change any man\u2019s soul.\u00a0 Acey said he hopes she doesn\u2019t go to Baltimore. Rosemary approached Taya.\u00a0 Taya said she was just trying to protect Rosemary.\u00a0 She said her greatest accomplishment was having Rosemary as a friend and having her in her corner.\u00a0 They cried and hugged, then the police took Taya away.\u00a0 Crazzy Steve approached Rosemary.\u00a0 She said that\u2019s why they don\u2019t have friends; it never works out. [c]<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\"><em>D.L.\u2019s Analysis:\u00a0 This finally ended the Who Shot John E. Bravo saga. I guess?\u00a0 This looks to be the end of Taya in Impact.\u00a0 The references to AEW, WWE, and ROH were funny.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">-AEW paid advertisement.\u00a0 Tony Schiavone pitched to Tony Khan who was with Jerry Lynn.\u00a0 They talked about Private Party, showed highlights, and promoted tomorrow\u2019s matches on Dynamite.\u00a0 Khan said he asked Matt Hardy to come to the show.\u00a0 He said he couldn\u2019t out-carny Impact Wrestling, but Matt Hardy could because he is the biggest carny in wrestling.\u00a0 Khan pulled out cash and said he would pay for this week\u2019s ad and next week\u2019s.\u00a0 The camera pulled back to show they were on the Impact interview set.\u00a0 He and Lynn left to go watch the match.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">-Rich Swann walked to the ring for an interview.\u00a0 He said he thrives on the pressure.\u00a0 He said his team left their hearts in the match at Hard to Kill.\u00a0 He admitted he had trust issues with Moose in the match.\u00a0 He said he wasn\u2019t sure if the issue was done with Omega.\u00a0 He called out Moose to settle their issue once and for all.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">Moose walked out and entered the ring.\u00a0 He laid down the TNA belt.\u00a0 He said Swann was angry and people make bad decisions when they are angry.\u00a0 Swann wanted a match tonight, but Moose said he would decide when because they were on his time.\u00a0 Swann punched him.\u00a0 Moose grabbed him by the throat and threw him in the corner, but Swann fought back and ripped off Moose\u2019s jacket.\u00a0 Moose missed a charge.\u00a0 Swann landed his splash off the top and Moose rolled out of the ring.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">-Rohit Raju entered Scott D\u2019Amore\u2019s office.\u00a0 TJP entered holding the X Division title.\u00a0 Rohit argued that TJP and Manik are the same person.\u00a0 D\u2019Amore agreed.\u00a0 He granted Rohit a match against TJP in two weeks.\u00a0 Rohit was glad and walked out.\u00a0 D\u2019Amore revealed that it would be a non-title match.\u00a0 He and TJP laughed. [c]<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">-Kiera and Tasha asked Alisa Edwards to emcee the Fire N Flava Fest.\u00a0 Referee Brandon Tolle walked in and they tried to sell him a package to the Fest.\u00a0 Havoc and Nevaeh approached and said they would take the platinum package.\u00a0 Kiera and Tasha said it was sold out and so were the other packages.\u00a0 Kiera and Tasha said Havoc and Nevaeh could watch at home and they walked off.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>(3) BRIAN MYERS vs. FALLAH BAHH<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">Fallah controlled the early action.\u00a0 He got a flying crossbody block for a two count.\u00a0 Myers caught Bahh with a boot.\u00a0 Bahh got a belly-to-belly suplex for a two count.\u00a0 Myers came back and ran Bahh into the ropes.\u00a0 Bahh made a comeback but Myers was able to kick out of a pin attempt.\u00a0 Myers got a low blow, then came out of the corner with a clothesline for the win.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">WINNER: Brian Myers in 5:00.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">-Gia Miller interviewed Ace Austin with Madman Fulton.\u00a0 Ace called Hard to Kill a tragedy because he was just on the countdown panel and not in a match.\u00a0 He complained about Matt Cardona facing him.\u00a0 He said Cardona was \u201calways ready\u201d\u2014for sitting in catering.\u00a0 Josh Alexander interrupted and said he would give Ace a lesson; nothing is given, it\u2019s earned.\u00a0 Fulton attacked Alexander from behind and Ace started punching him.\u00a0 Cardona ran in for the save.\u00a0 [c]<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">-A video package with highlights of Eddie Edwards vs. Sami Callihan from Hard to Kill aired.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">-A doctor was checking on Eddie Edwards backstage.\u00a0 Brian Myers came in complaining about an injury.\u00a0 Myers said Edwards was basically just a back yard wrestler.\u00a0 Edwards challenged him to a match.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">-Matt Striker and D-Lo Brown ran down the matches for next week:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400\">\n<li>Matt Cardona &amp; Josh Alexander vs. Ace Austin &amp; Madman Fulton<\/li>\n<li>Joe Doering vs. Cousin Jake<\/li>\n<li>Tenille Dashwood vs. Rosemary<\/li>\n<li>Fire N Flava Fest<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>(4) CHRIS SABIN &amp; JAMES STORM vs. PRIVATE PARTY (Isiah Kassidy &amp; Marq Quen w\/Matt Hardy)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">After the ring introductions, they went to commercial.\u00a0 Back from the break, the match was joined in progress.\u00a0 Kassidy and Sabin exchanged moves.\u00a0 Private Party got in some quick double team moves on Sabin.\u00a0 Storm tagged in and got the advantage on Quen.\u00a0 Private Party made a comeback on Storm with double team moves, including a kick to the head that sent him to the floor.\u00a0 Tony Khan and Jerry Lynn walked out and took seats at ringside behind the rail.\u00a0 [c]<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">Back from the break, Kassidy had the advantage on Storm.\u00a0 Party continued to tag in and out.\u00a0 Kassidy choked Storm in the corner as Quen caused a distraction.\u00a0 Party continued with double team moves.\u00a0 Storm finally made the tag and landed a crossbody on Quen and Kassidy.\u00a0 Sabin took on both of them by himself.\u00a0 All four wrestlers were in the ring.\u00a0 Quen dropkicked Sabin out of the ring.\u00a0 Sabin battled back and he and Storm double teamed Quen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">All four wrestlers exchanged moves in the ring.\u00a0 Hardy yelled instructions at ringside.\u00a0 Quen landed a dive over the top rope onto Storm on the floor.\u00a0 Jerry Lynn held Sabin\u2019s leg while he was on the top rope.\u00a0 Private Party took advantage of the distraction to hit Gin and Juice for the win.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">WINNERS: Private Party in 16:00 to become the number one contenders to the Impact Tag Team Titles.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">-After the match, Khan and Lynn celebrated at ringside.\u00a0 The Good Brothers music played and they walked to the ring.\u00a0 They faced off with Private Party.\u00a0 Storm slugged Anderson.\u00a0 Sabin, Private Party, and Gallows fought in the other corner as the show went off the air.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\"><em>D.L.\u2019s Analysis: Fun match, but it was mostly there to simply advance the AEW vs. Impact feud<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>FINAL THOUGHTS:<\/strong>\u00a0 A very talk heavy edition of Impact.\u00a0 It was nice to switch up the format, but hopefully this isn\u2019t a weekly change.\u00a0 The show served mostly as a reset after Hard to Kill.\u00a0 There were several newsworthy moments, including the appearance of Matt Hardy, Private Party, and James Storm, the apparent departure of Taya Valkyrie, advancement in the Swann\/Moose feud, and putting the spotlight on Kiera &amp;
