The company <a href=\"https:\/\/mlw.com\/2022\/01\/21\/buddy-matthews-debuts-tonight-in-dallas\/\">announced the news<\/a> on Friday morning and confirmed Matthews would wrestle on the show, but did not reveal who his opponent would be.<\/p>\n<p>https:\/\/twitter.com\/MLW\/status\/1484566382893228033<\/p>\n<p>Matthews is a former Cruiserweight Champion in WWE. He was released from WWE in June of 2021.
