Let\u2019s take a stroll down memory lane and relive some of the madness.<\/p>\n<p>-A little less reading and a little more delivery, Mr. Breakker. <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/bronbreakkerwwe\">Bron Breakker\u2019s<\/a> championship promo was fine and honestly, decent from a content perspective. He needs to feel the words a bit, to articulate a real feeling to the audience. It\u2019s very much just words at this point. If Breakker is going to reach the potential WWE sees in him, he needs to develop that part of his promo game.<\/p>\n<p>-The Creed Brothers are really good in the ring. Unique too. They can go places with Malcom Bivens at their side as the mouthpiece.<\/p>\n<p>-An effective Toxic Attraction promo this week ahead of them winning the NXT Women\u2019s Tag Team Championship again. More depth than usual \u2013 something they\u2019ll consistently need to show in order to move forward as an act.<\/p>\n<p>-Yeah, I\u2019ll take that promo from Cameron Grimes. The guy appears to only be comprised of authentic bones in his body. His messages and journey resonate and the promo was a hit because of it.<\/p>\n<p>-Solo Sikoa vs. Cameron Grimes? Fine with me. We\u2019ll see how the babyface vs. babyface dynamic works and I never fully endorse that, but willing to let this play out. Sikoa has \u201cit.\u201d Can\u2019t imagine he\u2019s long for the NXT 2.0 world.<\/p>\n<p>-Look, she\u2019s green, but I\u2019m not confident Tiffany Stratton knows what she\u2019s really supposed to be doing out there. Just playing wrestler at this point.<\/p>\n<p>-Please pull the plug on this Dexter Lumis, Duke Hudson, Persia Pirotta, and Indi Hartwell stuff. It\u2019s more juvenile and Corey Graves and Carmella bragging about their sex life. So, yeah, REAL juvenile. Not sure who this is appealing to, but whoever it is, they can surely find it elsewhere.<\/p><div id=\"pwtor-1439275886\" class=\"pwtor-content pwtor-entity-placement\"><div align=\"center\" data-freestar-ad=\"__336x280 __336x280\" id=\"pwtorchcom_test_300x250\">\r\n  <script data-cfasync=\"false\" type=\"text\/javascript\">\r\n    freestar.config.enabled_slots.push({ placementName: \"pwtorchcom_test_300x250\", slotId: \"pwtorchcom_test_300x250\" });\r\n  <\/script>\r\n<\/div><\/div>\n<p>-Ehh on the women\u2019s tag team title match. The belts should have always stayed on Dolin &amp; Jayne, so they\u2019re in the correct hands now, but why the pivot? Something wasn\u2019t planned properly and it ultimately hurt the credibility of one of the only teams Toxic Attraction can feud with.<\/p>\n<p>-The Don of NXT for Tony D\u2019Angelo? Damnit.<\/p>\n<p>-A better than expected showing from Nikkita Lyons and Lash Legend. Both have a tremendously long way to go, but this could have been devastatingly bad and it wasn\u2019t.<\/p>\n<p>-Gunther vs. Bron Breakker was certainly an interesting main event. Watching Breakker attempt to stay with Gunther from a physicality and pace perspective made for a fun watch. However, the outcome was never in doubt, thus stealing the drama out of the match for the beginning.<\/p>\n<p>-The bigger elephant in the room regarding the main event is why in the heck would you put this match on free television, with zero promotion? Right? I mean, this is a money match. Have to imagine this won\u2019t be their last match together, but why take the shine off their first encounter with a trivial outing like this one. Curious.
