In an interview with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wrestlinginc.com\/news\/2022\/04\/bron-breakker-talks-receiving-criticism-from-his-father\/\">Wrestling Inc<\/a>, Breakker spoke about his family&#8217;s reaction to him being in the business and the possibility of working alongside his father, Rick Steiner, on WWE television.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Man, Scotty is excited. My Dad is excited. We are all excited,\u201d Breakker said . \u201cWe are so thankful to be a part of WWE and they get to have this experience (of going into the WWE Hall of Fame). To close the last chapter of their career and go into the highest prestige you can accomplish, the WWE Hall Of Fame. It\u2019s so cool.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;He\u2019s got high expectations for me,\u201d Breakker said of his father, Rick Steiner. \u201cHe never really acknowledges that I am doing super well or anything. He\u2019s always focused on how I can be better. Yeah, that would be cool (to work with his Dad on television). I would love that, I think the people would love that. I don\u2019t know, we will see.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Breakker is the current NXT Champion. He defeated Dolph Ziggler on last week&#8217;s episode of Monday Night Raw to win the title. Breakker was in the main event during NXT Stand and Deliver over <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pwtorch.com\/site\/2022\/04\/03\/4-3-wwe-wrestlemania-38-results-kellers-detailed-match-report-with-analysis-including-lesnar-vs-reigns-edge-vs-styles-knoxville-vs-sami-mcafee-vs-theory\/\">WrestleMania<\/a> weekend. He faced Ziggler for the championship, but lost the match. This is Breakker&#8217;s second run with the NXT title.<\/p>\n<p>Bron Breakker made his NXT debut when NXT 2.0 began in September of 2021.
