Both numbers are down from last week. Raw drew 1.8 million viewers in the first hour and dropped steadily as the night went on. Raw&#8217;s second hour drew 1.68 million viewers and the the third drew 1.45 million viewers.<\/p>\n<p>Cody Rhodes vs. Kevin Owens headlined the show, with Owens revealed as Cody&#8217;s mystery opponent right before the main event. Theory vs. Finn Balor for the WWE United States Championship and Sasha Banks &amp; Naomi vs. Rhea Ripley &amp; Liv Morgan for the WWE Women&#8217;s Tag Team Championship also took place during the three hour broadcast.<\/p>\n<p>Last week, Raw viewership grew from hour one to hour two with Cody Rhodes vs. The Miz as the key hook.
