The report indicates that all signs pointed to Charlotte Flair vs. Rousey at Summerslam, but that plan is no longer on the table.<\/p>\n<p>Liv Morgan won the women&#8217;s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pwtorch.com\/site\/2022\/07\/02\/video-pwtorch-torchcast-wwe-money-in-the-bank-2022\/\">Money in the Bank<\/a> ladder match. In a backstage promo, she said she would simply celebrate the win, but then ran out for a cash-in on Rousey after her successful title defense against Natalya.<\/p>\n<p>Rousey trapped Morgan in a ankle lock submission as soon as the bell rang, but Morgan was able to counter it into a pin for the victory. It&#8217;s her first <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pwtorch.com\/site\/2022\/07\/02\/liv-morgan-wins-womens-money-in-the-bank-smackdown-womens-championship\/\">championship in WWE<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Ronda Rousey won the <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/WWE\/status\/1543661958611836934\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Smackdown Women&#8217;s Championship<\/a> from Charlotte Flair in an &#8220;I Quit&#8221; match at WrestleMania Backlash.
