The announcement details promotions for some current AEW employees and the addition of a new member to the team.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><b>August 3, 2022 <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2013 AEW CEO, GM and Head of Creative Tony Khan announced an expansion to\u00a0 AEW\u2019s talent relations team with the promotions of key staff members including Sonjay Dutt,\u00a0 QT Marshall, Pat Buck and Tony Schiavone. In addition, Madison Rayne will join AEW as a\u00a0 coach in the women\u2019s division.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">As AEW continues its meteoric rise, the expanded talent relations team will strengthen the\u00a0 infrastructure required to facilitate the development, health and safety of AEW\u2019s outstanding\u00a0 roster. The following promotions and additions are effective immediately:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Sonjay Dutt <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(Retesh Bhalla) has been promoted to Vice President of Production and Creative\u00a0 Coordination. In this role, he will coordinate communication of AEW storylines, liaise between\u00a0 post-production and key staff to maintain content workflow, produce ancillary content and\u00a0 mentor new producers. Dutt joined AEW in 2021, bringing more than 20 years of experience in\u00a0 professional wrestling \u2013 both in-ring and as a producer \u2013 and continues to serve on-screen as\u00a0 manager to Satnam Singh and Jay Lethal.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>QT Marshall <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(Michael Cuellari) has been promoted to Vice President of Show and Creative\u00a0 Coordination. He will help to manage show elements including planning programs and\u00a0 storylines, character development, overseeing extras and live event logistics coordination.\u00a0 Marshall, an AEW original with more than 20 years of experience, will continue to wrestle as\u00a0 the leader of The Factory with Anthony Ogogo, Nick Comoroto, Aaron Solo and Cole Karter.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Pat Buck <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(Pat Buckridge) has been promoted to Vice President of Talent Development. In this\u00a0 position, he will liaise with talent and production, oversee all coaches, provide input on\u00a0 matches and promos, and lead the talent relations team. Buck brings nearly two decades of\u00a0 experience serving wrestling promotions as a talent, trainer, producer and promoter.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Tony Schiavone <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">has been promoted to Senior Producer and Special Advisor to Talent. In this\u00a0 capacity, he will work directly with talent as part of the Talent Relations team. Schiavone is one <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">of AEW\u2019s most tenured members and has nearly 40 years of experience, with an iconic voice\u00a0 that has guided fans through professional wrestling\u2019s most incredible moments.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Madison Rayne <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(Ashley Nichole Lomberger) will join AEW as a coach in the women\u2019s division,\u00a0 and kick-off her new role tonight in her hometown of Columbus, Ohio. Madison has competed\u00a0 in numerous professional wrestling promotions where she has held multiple championship\u00a0 titles, including 5-time Women\u2019s World Champion. She has more than 15 years of experience in\u00a0 professional wrestling, and is also a proud mom to a daughter.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Christopher Daniels, an AEW original who brings more than 30 years of industry experience, will\u00a0 continue to serve as Manager of Talent Relations. The Talent Relations team will also remain in\u00a0 close contact with AEW\u2019s Legal and Talent Resources team &#8211; led by Margaret Stalvey, Chris Peck\u00a0 and Megha Parekh &#8211; who help to support the physical and mental health, safety and security of <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">talent. AEW is also committed to supporting talent beyond the ring, and offers access to world class physicians, trainers and mental health clinicians.<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>This week&#8217;s episode of AEW <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/AEW\/status\/1554836988527779840\">Dynamite<\/a> will feature the return of Adam Cole and The Undisputed Elite.
