This is Paul&#8217;s first world championship match. He most recently defeated The Miz in a singles match at Summerslam.<\/p>\n<p>Reigns is currently in the middle of year three as the WWE Universal Championship. Reigns won the title in 2020 after returning to the company from an hiatus due to COVID-19. Reigns defeated Brock Lesnar at WrestleMania 38 to add the WWE Championship and unify the world titles in WWE.<\/p>\n<p>WWE <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wwe.com\/shows\/wwe-crown-jewel\">Crown Jewel will air live on Peacock<\/a> on Saturday November 5.
