Danielson talked about the details of his wrestling career with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.theringer.com\/2023\/3\/3\/23623004\/bryan-danielson-aew-revolution-2023-career-longevity-interview\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">The Ringer<\/a> and how his routine is different than that of younger talents on the AEW roster with him.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMy warm-up for my matches is longer than my matches,&#8221; Danielson said. &#8220;People sometimes who are wrestling me, I say, \u2018OK, we have to have all the major stuff sorted out pretty soon because I have to get ready to warm up an hour before my match.\u2019 Claudio has got an extensive warm-up. A lot of the older guys, we\u2019re just so diligent about warming up and then taking care of ourselves, getting good sleep after\u2014we\u2019re not going out and partying after the show.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Me and Claudio ride together, so we go to the hotel immediately after the show. And as soon as I get to my room, I\u2019m not even looking at my phone or anything like that. I\u2019m foam rolling, I\u2019m stretching, and I\u2019m going to bed, and if I haven\u2019t talked to my wife, I\u2019ll talk to my wife. You know what I mean? I think that the main thing is the priority, and because we have to\u2014the style is harder.<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>We have to take care of our bodies if we want to do this for an extended period of time.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Bryan Danielson is scheduled to face MJF for the AEW World Championship in a 60-minute Iron Man Match on Sunday at AEW Revolution. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pwtorch.com\/site\/2023\/03\/03\/aew-revolution-2023-predictions-bryant-tells-you-who-deserves-to-win-and-who-will-actually-win-each-match\/\">AEW Revolution<\/a> airs live on PPV on Sunday March 5.
