{"id":16919,"date":"2016-04-20T16:59:07","date_gmt":"2016-04-20T21:59:07","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.pwtorch.com\/site\/?p=16919"},"modified":"2016-04-20T17:04:41","modified_gmt":"2016-04-20T22:04:41","slug":"16919","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.pwtorch.com\/site\/2016\/04\/20\/16919\/","title":{"rendered":"WWE Video Interview &#8211; Miz &#038; Maryse in weekly interview &#8211; IC Title run, Total Divas, post-WWE plans"},"content":{"rendered":"<div id=\"pwtor-2617533324\" class=\"pwtor-before-content pwtor-entity-placement\"><hr \/><b>SPOTLIGHTED PODCAST ALERT (YOUR ARTICLE BEGINS A FEW INCHES DOWN)... <\/b>\r\n\r\n<iframe src=\"https:\/\/widget.spreaker.com\/player?show_id=3076978&theme=light&playlist=false&playlist-continuous=false&autoplay=false&live-autoplay=false&chapters-image=true&episode_image_position=right&hide-logo=false&hide-likes=false&hide-comments=false&hide-sharing=false&hide-download=true\" width=\"100%\" height=\"140px\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe>\r\n<hr \/><\/div><p>Intercontinental champion The Miz and Maryse joined Michael Cole for his weekly interview on WWE&#8217;s website.<\/p>\n<p>It was a somewhat strange interview with Miz going in and out of character cutting promos and playing up storylines, while also selling a real side wanting to be a father and coach his kids&#8217;s little league games.<\/p>\n<p>Cole asked when Miz and Maryse are going to start having kids, prompting Miz to parrot <a href=\"http:\/\/www.pwtorch.com\/site\/2016\/04\/13\/john-cena-interviews-cena-evaluates-nxt-stars-transitioning-main-wwe-roster-star-rated-not-wanting-children-wwes-full-time-schedule\/\" target=\"_blank\">John Cena&#8217;s recent interview on &#8220;The View&#8221;<\/a> when he talked about not wanting to be a father until he finishes his full-time WWE run being all-in as a company man, and then being all-in as a father.<\/p>\n<p>Maryse talked about waiting for Miz to finish his WWE run so she can have twin babies, but enjoying working together in this new era for their careers.<\/p>\n<p>As for what she will bring to the next season of &#8220;Total Divas,&#8221; Maryse said she might show the &#8220;good side&#8221; of Maryse after playing a bad girl on TV for so many years.<\/p>\n<p>Miz also talked about defending the\u00a0Intercontinental Title against Cesaro at Payback. Miz, still somewhat out-of-character talked up Cesaro&#8217;s strengths and fan following, but said he will\u00a0exploit Cesaro&#8217;s one weakness &#8211; coming back from injury too early.
