She was brought back at this week&#8217;s TV tapings and signed a deal.<\/p>\n<p>Kay will be featured on the &#8220;One Night Only&#8221; Knockouts PPV premiering Friday night on cable\/satellite providers. She faces Gail Kim in a high-profile singles match.<\/p>\n<p>Last Friday, Kay was in the main event of the <a href=\"http:\/\/wwnlive.com\/event-shine-04-15-16.html\" target=\"_blank\">SHINE 34 Internet PPV presented by WWNLive<\/a> from\u00a0Ybor City, Florida.
