After the announcement, Linda officially confirmed that she and Vince McMahon are separated, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonpost.com\/politics\/2024\/11\/19\/linda-mcmahon-trump-administration-wwe-allegations\/\">as reported by the Washington Post<\/a>. PWTorch sources have noted recently that they have been &#8220;living separate lives&#8221; for quite a while.<\/p>\n<p>Linda had served on the Connecticut State Board of Education in 2009. Trump has said he plans to \u201cget rid\u201d of the department of education by reallocating its power to the states, so Linda\u2019s role could conceivably be overseeing it\u2019s dismantling or a redistribution of its powers.<\/p>\n<p>Linda is also co-chair of his transition to his second term as president.<\/p>\n<p>The Washington Post headline reads: &#8220;<span class=\"PJLV\" data-qa=\"headline-text\">Linda McMahon made a fortune with WWE. The Vice President is first in line.
