{"id":18973,"date":"2016-05-11T15:01:46","date_gmt":"2016-05-11T20:01:46","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.pwtorch.com\/site\/?p=18973"},"modified":"2016-05-12T13:34:43","modified_gmt":"2016-05-12T18:34:43","slug":"rosearrestsuspended","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.pwtorch.com\/site\/2016\/05\/11\/rosearrestsuspended\/","title":{"rendered":"WWE Update &#8211; Adam Rose suspended indefinitely following domestic violence arrest"},"content":{"rendered":"<div id=\"pwtor-2116513115\" class=\"pwtor-before-content pwtor-entity-placement\"><hr \/><b>SPOTLIGHTED PODCAST ALERT (YOUR ARTICLE BEGINS A FEW INCHES DOWN)... <\/b>\r\n\r\n<iframe src=\"https:\/\/widget.spreaker.com\/player?show_id=3076978&theme=light&playlist=false&playlist-continuous=false&autoplay=false&live-autoplay=false&chapters-image=true&episode_image_position=right&hide-logo=false&hide-likes=false&hide-comments=false&hide-sharing=false&hide-download=true\" width=\"100%\" height=\"140px\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe>\r\n<hr \/><\/div><p><strong>Update:\u00a0<\/strong>WWE\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.wwe.com\/article\/raymond-leppan-suspended-arrested\" target=\"_blank\">announced Wednesday afternoon on their website<\/a> that Adam Rose (Ray Leppan) has been &#8220;suspended indefinitely&#8221; following his arrest Wednesday morning.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;WWE has zero tolerance for matters involving domestic violence, and per our policy, Raymond Leppan has been suspended indefinitely following his arrest,&#8221; reads WWE&#8217;s statement.<\/p>\n<p>Leppan was already suspended 60 days for a\u00a0Wellness Policy violation, which he publicly disagreed with, citing a doctor&#8217;s note allowing him to take medication for ADHD.<\/p>\n<p>In the latest incident, Leppan was arrested on a domestic violence charge late Tuesday night\/early Wednesday morning.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.tmz.com\/2016\/05\/11\/wwe-adam-rose-arrested-domestic-violence\/\" target=\"_blank\">According to TMZ<\/a>, Rose allegedly grabbed his wife, Cassandra, <a href=\"http:\/\/counton2.com\/2016\/05\/11\/wwe-star-is-charged-with-domestic-violence-after-lutz-arrest\/\" target=\"_blank\">at a\u00a0Florida home<\/a> and prevented her from speaking to a 911 operator.<\/p>\n<p>When police arrived at the\u00a0home in Lutz, Fla., Leppan was\u00a0charged with battery domestic violence and tampering with a witness.<\/p>\n<p>Marriage records in the State of Florida show the Leppans have been married for six years since April 2010.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.hcso.tampa.fl.us\/PublicInquiry\/ArrestInquiry\/ViewArrest?id=16018149&amp;k1=8d379a2e8f9d945&amp;k2=MTk1Mzc4OTMzNA%3d%3d\" target=\"_blank\">According to Hillsborough County police records<\/a>, Leppan was arrested at 1:30 a.m. and booked at 3:30 a.m. He was placed in a jail cell at 11:06 a.m. and is awaiting a preliminary court hearing on both charges.<\/p><div id=\"pwtor-3817532864\" class=\"pwtor-content pwtor-entity-placement\"><div align=\"center\" data-freestar-ad=\"__336x280 __336x280\" id=\"pwtorchcom_test_300x250\">\r\n  <script data-cfasync=\"false\" type=\"text\/javascript\">\r\n    freestar.config.enabled_slots.push({ placementName: \"pwtorchcom_test_300x250\", slotId: \"pwtorchcom_test_300x250\" });\r\n  <\/script>\r\n<\/div><\/div>\n<p>Leppan listed his employer as WWE and occupation as &#8220;sports entertainer.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>The booking sheet also lists an arresting home\u00a0address\u00a0that is not under Rose\/Leppan&#8217;s name. The address on Sparrows Nest Drive is under the name of two other individuals.
