Sheriff&#8217;s Office, Leppan was released at 4:10 p.m. EST after posting bond, which was set at $1,000.<\/p>\n<p>Rose\/Leppan appeared in a Florida court room on Thursday morning to <a href=\"http:\/\/www.pwtorch.com\/site\/2016\/05\/11\/rosearrestsuspended\/\">review his domestic violence charges from early Wednesday morning<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The judge considered\u00a0a restraining order against Rose (Ray Leppan) to not have contact with his wife, Cassandra, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.tmz.com\/2016\/05\/12\/wwes-adam-rose-faces-the-judge\/\" target=\"_blank\">reports TMZ<\/a>. However, Leppan was given leniency from the judge based on two items:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Ray&#8217;s wife, Cassandra, asked for Leppan to come home, mainly because they have a special needs child who needs their care.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I would like Ray to be released and to come home\u00a0and be with his children and his wife,&#8221; she said to the judge.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;It was an argument that got out of control and he grabbed my face, and when he did that, I said I was calling 911.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Ray&#8217;s attorney argued that Leppan grabbing his wife\u00a0&#8220;was not aggressive or painful&#8221; but rather &#8220;more of a passionate, &#8216;Hey, let&#8217;s talk about this.'&#8221;<\/p><div id=\"pwtor-2827646105\" class=\"pwtor-content pwtor-entity-placement\"><div align=\"center\" data-freestar-ad=\"__336x280 __336x280\" id=\"pwtorchcom_test_300x250\">\r\n  <script data-cfasync=\"false\" type=\"text\/javascript\">\r\n    freestar.config.enabled_slots.push({ placementName: \"pwtorchcom_test_300x250\", slotId: \"pwtorchcom_test_300x250\" });\r\n  <\/script>\r\n<\/div><\/div>\n<p>TMZ also reported that the judge expressed reluctance to give Leppan leniency, citing a previous domestic violence incident in March that went public on Thursday.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;This has got to stop,&#8221; said Judge John Conrad (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.fox13news.com\/news\/local-news\/140447481-story\" target=\"_blank\">transcribed by the local Fox affiliate<\/a>). &#8220;There&#8217;s going to be a price to be paid at some point if this doesn&#8217;t change&#8230; at some point there&#8217;s got be some intervention.\u00a0No violent contact, no acts of violence, or threats of acts of violence against her in the future, do you understand that?&#8221; Leppan replied: &#8220;I do, sir, thank you.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Bail was set at $1,000 &#8211; $500 for each of the two charges of battery domestic violence and tampering with a witness.<\/p>\n<p>The judge also required Leppan to seek counseling from his church pastor once per week until a follow-up court hearing in June.<\/p>\n<div class=\"pwtor-end-article-groups pwtor-entity-placement\" id=\"pwtor-1880855309\"><div id=\"pwtor-2172116873\"><div align=\"center\" data-freestar-ad=\"__336x280\" id=\"pwtorchcom_medrec_3\">\r\n  <script data-cfasync=\"false\" type=\"text\/javascript\">\r\n    freestar.config.enabled_slots.push({ placementName: \"pwtorchcom_medrec_3\", slotId: \"pwtorchcom_medrec_3\" });\r\n  <\/script>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\nTHANK YOU FOR VISITING<\/div><\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<div class=\"mh-excerpt\"><p>Update: Suspended WWE star Adam Rose (Ray Leppan) was released from jail on Thursday afternoon.
