John Cena is advertised for that Saturday Night&#8217;s Main Event.<\/p>\n<p>This is the latest in WWE taking temporary residence over a long weekend with multiple events in a short span of time.<\/p>\n<p>The following is the full press release announcement&#8230;<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<blockquote><p><strong>WWE ANNOUNCES MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND TAKEOVER IN TAMPA<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>Saturday Night\u2019s Main Event, Battleground, Monday Night Raw, and NXT to Take Place at Yuengling Center May 24-27<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>John Cena to Appear on NBC\u2019s Saturday Night\u2019s Main Event in Primetime on May 24<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Combo Ticket Packages on Sale Friday, March 14 at 10am ET\/7am PT\u00a0 <\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Presale Access Begins Wednesday, <\/em><em>March 12 at 10am ET\/7am PT<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>March 7, 2025 <\/strong>\u2013 WWE, part of TKO Group Holdings (NYSE: TKO), in partnership with the Tampa Bay Sports Commission and Vinik Sports Group, today announced a Memorial Day weekend takeover of the Yuengling Center in Tampa, Florida, with four consecutive events beginning Saturday, May 24.<\/p>\n<p>WWE will bring <em>Saturday Night\u2019s Main Event <\/em>(Saturday, May 24), <em>Battleground <\/em>(Sunday, May 25), <em>Monday Night Raw<\/em> (Monday, May 26) and NXT (Tuesday, May 27) to the iconic Yuengling Center \u2013 once home to the <em>Royal Rumble<\/em>\u00a0in 1995 and WWE Thunderdome \u2013 giving fans the opportunity to experience non-stop WWE action throughout the holiday weekend.<\/p>\n<p>Further, the takeover will see John Cena appear on NBC\u2019s <em>Saturday Night\u2019s Main Event <\/em>in primetime, marking his first appearance in Tampa since he entered the ring on <em>Friday Night SmackDown<\/em> at Amalie Arena in December 2022.<\/p>\n<p>Three and four-day combo ticket packages will be available exclusively during the initial ticket on-sale window starting Friday, March 14 at 10am ET\/7 a.m. PT via <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ticketmaster.com\/\" data-saferedirecturl=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?q=https:\/\/www.ticketmaster.com\/&amp;source=gmail&amp;ust=1741443031849000&amp;usg=AOvVaw37-_5V-SCS_ztHyNq4HtXw\">Ticketmaster.com<\/a>.
