Noetling &#8211; Specialist<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Remember the Who\u2019s Elite Survey is still taking responses, <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/forms\/d\/e\/1FAIpQLSfmqDrEiel498Z9GVnl8M9Ptng3LNTqh3yap4qkewrL48d3jQ\/viewform?usp=sharing\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Click Here to Vote<\/span><\/a><\/p>\n<p><b>The State of the App<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">So, I missed a date.\u00a0 Sorry about that.\u00a0 I got a little bogged down and there wasn\u2019t much to talk about two weeks ago.\u00a0 My, how two weeks have changed things.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">One thing I think that is setting in for virtually everyone who is playing the app is fatigue.\u00a0 Right now Topps is inundating us with far, far too many releases.\u00a0 And yet, those same releases aren\u2019t yielding a whole lot to get excited about either.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">So without actually telling us that they had a new framework of release schedules, they actually rolled it out several months ago, we just didn\u2019t notice.\u00a0 OK I didn\u2019t notice.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Of course we have to have something new to collect each and every day, and that\u2019s not the problem.\u00a0 The problem is too many new releases and too many packs available that have too long odds.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">We get a new One-off or wave of normal insert sets on Monday.\u00a0 This month it was Old School and Dash and the like.\u00a0 Then on Friday we get a major \u201cbox set\u201d which is a bigger release.\u00a0 Sometimes it\u2019s the PPV release, sometimes not.\u00a0 For example this week we got not only SummerSlam but we got Parchment too, both huge releases.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Then there\u2019s the SummerSlam Event happening.\u00a0 We just got finished with the Evolution Event a few weeks ago, now we get one that lasts, let me check here, 21 days?\u00a0 I mean it\u2019s a huge base set of 50 cards in 3 tiers, but come on Topps.\u00a0 It\u2019s just a lot.\u00a0 Also the top two tiers are really hard to pull.\u00a0 I\u2019ve completed the Rare set already and pulled just 4 of the super rares and none of the iconics.\u00a0 I must have restarted the event over 70 times by now.<\/span><\/p><div id=\"pwtor-4125683210\" class=\"pwtor-content pwtor-entity-placement\"><div align=\"center\" data-freestar-ad=\"__336x280 __336x280\" id=\"pwtorchcom_test_300x250\">\r\n  <script data-cfasync=\"false\" type=\"text\/javascript\">\r\n    freestar.config.enabled_slots.push({ placementName: \"pwtorchcom_test_300x250\", slotId: \"pwtorchcom_test_300x250\" });\r\n  <\/script>\r\n<\/div><\/div>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Add to that it was the first of the month, so new VIP cards to chase, but it was also the end of the \u201cGlobal Performers\u201d Season, and the beginning of \u201cRenowned Rookies\u201d.\u00a0 Friday was a big day for Topps.\u00a0 I mean, it should be, it\u2019s SummerSlam weekend!<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><\/p>\n<p><\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>SummerSlam<\/b><\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_202173\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-202173\" style=\"width: 194px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.pwtorch.com\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/post\/2025\/08\/IMG_1255.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-202173 size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/www.pwtorch.com\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/post\/2025\/08\/IMG_1255-194x300.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"194\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.pwtorch.com\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/post\/2025\/08\/IMG_1255-194x300.png 194w, https:\/\/www.pwtorch.com\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/post\/2025\/08\/IMG_1255.png 511w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 194px) 100vw, 194px\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-202173\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">SummerSlam Rewind Orange of Seth from last year. Hogan singles that have sold on ebay in the last 90 days being sold ON the day he died.\u00a0 And those sales were definitely inflated due to the passing.\u00a0 It\u2019s a common phenomenon when
