As the first TripleMania since WWE purchased AAA, it&#8217;s nto surprise it broke all records, which included a peak live concurrent viewership of 614,000 on YouTube on Saturday. WWE also touted 4.3 million views overall in the first 24 hours.<\/p>\n<p>They announced attendance of 19,691 at Arena CDMX in Mexico City, with total ticket revenue also setting a record for the annual event. The headline match featured El Hijo del Vikingo vs. Dragon Lee vs. El Grande Americano vs. Dominik Mysterio.<\/p>\n<p>The following is the full press release.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<h3>TRIPLEMANIA XXXIII SHATTERS RECORDS FOR VIEWERSHIP, GATE, MERCHANDISE AND SOCIAL ENGAGEMENT<\/h3>\n<p>August 18, 2025 \u2013 TripleMania XXXIII, Mexican lucha libre promotion AAA\u2019s largest annual event, became the most-viewed and highest-grossing TripleMania in event history.<\/p>\n<p>Streamed globally on WWE\u00ae and AAA\u2019s YouTube channels in Spanish and English, the broadcast has been watched by more than 4.3 million viewers in the first 24 hours and hit a peak live concurrent audience of 614,000.<\/p>\n<p>With a crowd of 19,691 at the Arena CDMX in Mexico City this past Saturday, TripleMania marked the highest attendance for any Mexican lucha libre show this year and set AAA\u2019s all-time gate record.
