But, he wasn&#8217;t expecting the &#8220;you look stupid&#8221; chants.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;It&#8217;s like anything else in the WWE, when something comes along out of the blue you&#8217;re kind of like &#8216;what?&#8217; and then you&#8217;re like &#8216;ahh&#8217; and then it sinks in,&#8221; Sheamus told Miami TV entertainment reporter\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/channel\/UC-ULsqsUW_UB1F6i2rOo_uQ\" target=\"_blank\">Chris Van Vliet<\/a> in a <a href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/8-5VTtT8C4o\" target=\"_blank\">new interview promoting the &#8220;Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2&#8221; movie<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;You have to\u00a0embrace it because it&#8217;s not going to go away. I played up to it and I had some fun with it, plus, I mean, I don&#8217;t think I look that stupid.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>The timing was the night after WrestleMania 31 in front of the post-Mania Raw crowd that let Sheamus have it. Sheamus says he just wanted to change up his look to keep his character fresh.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I knew it was going to be shock. I came back from my shoulder injury and I feel like there&#8217;s so much content out there now that you have to continuously try to change your image,&#8221; Sheamus said.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I talked to (Chris) Jericho about that because he&#8217;s changed his look. But you have to keep it fresh, you have to change your look. That&#8217;s why the beard has changed as well.
