He said that he gives fans no choice but to invest emotionally in his matches.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThanks for putting 15 matches on, Tony, &#8221; said MJF during an interview on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=tIUzuEuBwrQ\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Late Night Grin<\/a>. &#8220;You\u2019re a f\u2014-ing mensch. By the time I get out there, you can literally hear a f&#8212;ing, like, you can hear a person fart. They\u2019re dead. They\u2019re f\u2014-ing exhausted. They don\u2019t want to be there anymore. MJF\u2019s music hits, \u2018Alright, we gotta lock in.\u2019 And I give those fans in that live audience no choice but to get emotionally invested, right? And that\u2019s something I\u2019m so proud of because if you put any other top guy from any other era outside of this one in the position that my boss f&#8212;-ing puts me in, over and over and over again, they would f\u2014-ing kill somebody.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI\u2019m just that damn good so it doesn\u2019t matter. Kenny Omega\u2019s that damn good, so it doesn\u2019t matter. Will Ospreay is that damn good, so it doesn\u2019t matter. Hangman, Joe, Mox, the list goes on and on.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI gotta give Tony credit, as much as it pains me: He makes sure you get your bang for f\u2014-ing buck, man. You\u2019re leaving belly full. We\u2019re putting a f\u2014-ing spoon up to your mouth and you\u2019re like, \u2018Please stop.\u2019 And we\u2019re like, \u2018F\u2014-ing open your mouth!\u2019 And then you open your mouth and we put it in and you go, \u2018Oh, well I guess I could\u2019ve ate a little bit more. That\u2019s fair.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>MJF is the current AEW World Champion. He defeated Hangman Page last month at AEW&#8217;s Revolution PPV to retain his title.
