The Bellas teamed with Paige to face Fatal Influence at SummerSlam: Night 1 on Aug. 1. The Bellas turned on Paige after the match, but Brie was visibly injured and barely participated in the segment leaving her sister, Nikki, to put a beating on Paige to complete the angle.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I broke my scapula,&#8221; said Bella on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=uN2R6k0q_Ak\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">The Nikki &amp; Brie Show<\/a> on Sirius XM. &#8220;I\u00a0think it\u2019s three places, and it&#8217;s really hard to break your scapula, which is really interesting, so it just shows you a freak accident, which before I get into it, I do want to say that it&#8217;s nobody&#8217;s fault. My injury, it&#8217;s part of the business and wrestling. I broke it, for all of you, yes, on the stairs when I got the cannonball, but it was weird because when it happened, I instantly knew.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Brie said she has talked to her doctors and decided not to do. surgery on her scapula, as surgery is rarely performed on that type of break. &#8220;He was like, &#8216;You know, it&#8217;s really hard to break your scapula,'&#8221; said Brie. &#8220;He&#8217;s like, &#8216;No one does surgery on scapulas.
