Attendance: 1,000)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>(1) Bart Sawyer wrestled Flash Flannagan to a time limit draw.<\/p>\n<p>Corey Maclin announced that Monday, Sept. 2 they would return with a USWA Labor Day Spectacular.<\/p>\n<p>(2) Colorado Kid &amp; Tony Williams (replacing no-show Spellbinder) beat Mike Samples &amp; Giant Warrior at 3:11. Kid hit Warrior with a top rope sunset flip for the win while Samples and Warrior brawled outside the ring.<\/p>\n<p>(3) Jesse James Armstrong beat The Punisher at 10:31 when Punisher missed a top rope legdrop and Armstrong small packaged him fo the three count.<\/p>\n<p>Corey Maclin announced that Jake Roberts &#8220;missed his flight&#8221; and would not appear against Lawler. Maclin offered refunds, but did say Sid would replace Roberts against Lawler.<\/p>\n<p>(4) Frank Morell beat Tony Falk at 4:39. Before the match Falk said Morell worked for &#8220;Double J&#8221; Jeff Jarrett, but Falk said he gave Morell his walking papers and he fired Morell. Falk told Morell before the match he would give him an opportunity to forfeit the match and forget about everything that happened between them. In the end, Morell moved when Falk charged him in the corner. Morell then rolled up Falk for the pin. Falk said he wasn&#8217;t going to leave because he got cheated out of his match. Ware wrestled Brickhouse Brown to a double countout at 8:32. Before the match Brown ripped on Maclin and then told Ware he wouldn&#8217;t have the blues anymore if he would just agree to team with him. Koko didn&#8217;t accept the offer. During the match Brown hit Ware with the house mic and yelled at him to accept his offer. He gave Koko one last chance before he would put him out of his misery. Koko said no and began his comeback. Ware took Brown outside to the announcers&#8217; table and told Brown, while slamming his head on the table, he didn&#8217;t want to be his &#8220;damn partner.&#8221; They brawled to the back.<\/p>\n<p>(6) The Clique Busters (Brian Christopher, Doug Gilbert, Wolfie D, and Sid Vicous) beat The Clique (Bill Dundee, Tommy Rich, Jamie Dundee, and Tony Falk) when Vicious chokeslammed Falk at 19:03. Vicious got the biggest pop of the night during ring intros and when he first tagged him. The fans chanted &#8220;Go Sid Go.&#8221; Gilbert DDT&#8217;d Rich on the announcers&#8217; table. Everyone but Vicious brawled outside the ring. When Christopher superkicked Rich outside the ring, the crowd popped. Gilbert then got a section seating sign and hit Rich. Rich staggered to the dressing room and didn&#8217;t return. Bill Dundee threw Wolfie over the top rope, but referee Harvey Wippleman had his back turned. Jamie Dundee then crotched Wolfie on the guard rail. The Clique double-teamed Wolfie outside the ring until the babyfaces made the save. Bill Dundee then got a section seating sign and nailed Wolfie with it. As everyone else brawled outside the ring, Sid powerbombed Falk for the pin. After the match Jamie said Falk may never walk again.<\/p>\n<p>(7) Sid Vicious beat Jerry Lawler (w\/Scott Bowden) to win the Unified Title. Lawler told Bowden to share their secret about Robert. Bowden then pulled out of his pants pocket a bottle of Jim Beam. Lawler said that is Roberts&#8217;s tag team partner and Roberts sent his tag partner in his place. Lawler said after he beats Vicious, he and Bowden will celebrate with Jim Beam. After ring intros, Lawler threw powder in Vicious&#8217;s face. Vicious made a comeback and chokeslammed Lawler for the pin. Vicous challenged Bowden to enter the ring, but Bowden refused. A local DJ &#8220;Rainman&#8221; John Raney snuck up behind Bowden and threw him into the ring. Vicious then chokeslammed Bowden and the crowd popped.
