Two weeks ago, Raw drew 1.764 million for the &#8220;Legends&#8221; episode.<\/p>\n<p>Raw&#8217;s total impressions were 7.181 million, down 11 percent from last week. It was the fewest impressions since June.<\/p>\n<p>Raw did improve to #2 among series &amp; specials on Monday night, trailing &#8220;The Voice&#8221; on NBC.
