A court date has been set for Monday.<\/p>\n<p>Specifically, according to jail records, Lawler, 66, was booked at 1:04 a.m. and McBride, 27, was booked at 1:33 a.m. Both were charged with domestic assault with bodily harm and both are scheduled for court at 8:30 a.m. Monday morning.<\/p>\n<p>Lawler was\u00a0advertised for WWE&#8217;s Money in the Bank PPV pre-show Sunday night in Las Vegas. He also claims that she was intoxicated and he was trying to stop her from leaving in her vehicle.<\/p>\n<p><strong>McBride&#8217;s Story<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Lauryn told police officers that they got into an argument that turned violent.
