PWTorch has now learned that WWE did know about the suspension before the PPV, prompting the decision to have Reigns drop the WWE Title to Seth Rollins, who then lost it\u00a0to Dean Ambrose.<\/p>\n<p>A\u00a0big question is how WWE handles Reigns&#8217;s inclusion in The Draft taking place within the 30-day window on Tuesday, July 19. No excuses.
