WWE will then have until October 7 to respond to the response.<\/p>\n<p>***<\/p>\n<p><strong>Week of August 8 Updates<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Attorneys for Vito LoGrasso and Evan Singleton petitioned for an extension of the deadline to respond to WWE.<\/p>\n<p>The filing made on Friday (August 12) requested an extension from August 22 to September 9 to oppose WWE&#8217;s motion for summary judgment.<\/p>\n<p>WWE filed their motion for summary judgment on August 1 and a deadline to respond was set for August 22. However, attorneys for LoGrasso\/Singleton believe they did not receive enough time to file a response to WWE&#8217;s lengthy motion.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;WWE received 47 days (32 business days) from the close of discovery to prepare its summary judgment papers. Plaintiffs seek an equivalent amount of time &#8211; 18 additional days &#8211; to respond,&#8221; reads the request for an extension of time.<\/p><div id=\"pwtor-1069664447\" class=\"pwtor-content-1 pwtor-entity-placement\"><!-- Tag ID: pwtorchcom_test_300x600 -->\r\n<div align=\"center\" data-freestar-ad=\"__336x280 __300x600\" id=\"pwtorchcom_test_300x600\">\r\n  <script data-cfasync=\"false\" type=\"text\/javascript\">\r\n    freestar.config.enabled_slots.push({ placementName: \"pwtorchcom_test_300x600\", slotId: \"pwtorchcom_test_300x600\" });\r\n  <\/script>\r\n<\/div><\/div>\n<p>The Kyros Law Office also requested a corresponding extension of time for WWE to respond to their response from September 5 to October 7.
