Included is the second-ever WWE Universal champion after Finn Balor was forced to relinquish the title last week on Raw.<\/p>\n<p>The new champion will be Roman Reigns, Seth Rollins, Kevin Owens, or Big Cass competing in a fatal four-way match for the vacant title.<\/p>\n<p>The last time a new top champion was determined in Houston was the 2013 TLC PPV when John Cena and Randy Orton unified the WWE Title and World Hvt. Title.<\/p>\n<p>For Rollins, this time one year ago, he defended the WWE World Hvt.
